While the cigales sing their praises of southern happiness, the scents of jasmine and roses mingle with the murmur of water carressed by the branches of three-century-old olive trees.

Concealed behind a cascade of old fashioned roses, a cloister 'à l'Italienne'  with a lush garden is lined by several of the salons.
